Then this applicant shall apply for federal immigration visa with this nomination paper attached. The application requirements for each province are all listed under each provincial immigration programs. The application procedure is the same:
Apply for the Provincial Nomination Paper (PNP) in the province and then;
Apply for Federal immigration process, with the PNP boosting your scores to qualifying level.
Relatives and friends residing in a specific province, study and/or work experiences, job offer, business and innovation plans, properties or investment, may indirectly affect your scores by those provincial policies and internal operating manual, in both ways.
